2015 Artist Series CF/CS

This full bodied red wine shows strong aromas of blackcurrant fruit, black cherries and blackberries. Aging time in neutral French and Hungarian barrels infused flavors of tobacco, cedar and black pepper. Very good as a young wine, it will become an excellent if cellared for at least couple years.

Thanks to its versatilities, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a perfect pair for braised short ribs or mushroom Stroganoff…and don’t be shy with a juicy burger or a meaty pizza!
